I have had this lump/knot right under my knee and to the side a little ever since I woke up this morning. I worked from 3-10 doing stocking and stuff and it is killig me. I have been rubbing ben gay on it but it hasn't done much. What can I do to get rid of this knot. I hope it goes away and stops hurting because I have to be at work at noon tomorrow and it is going to be a really busy day.Help please!!

Wrap a warm towel around it and put your leg up :)

Soak in a hot bath then put ice on it.

Please watch this lump carefully...not trying to scare ya but this happened to my friend...lump behind knee all of a sudden...and it turned out to be a blood clot. If it does not go away in a day or two please have it checked.

I do not want to upset you in anyway but please if this doesn't go away go to the DR. My sil had a bump thing on her knee and it was a form of cancer. They went in a scrapped it out but she had to get that done again. PLEASE have this checked, I would hate to see another person go through what she did.

Thanks for all of your help. I just put more Ben gay on it last night and went to sleep. It has gone down in size a bunch and only hurts when I touch it now.
