hubby and i were looking to take the smokey mountain railroad trip and checked out bed and breakfast's in the area. we found this at one:

Victorian, yet comfortable first floor retreat for two or a family of five.
(for two or 5?! guess it depends on how big the two are!)

Romantic, intimate room with fireplace, queen-size bed, private shower and a rollaway bed for a third person
-- (romantic and intimate -- for three?!)

and hopefully not at the same time....
Cozy, cool, quiet economical room with a double bed and a twin located on the first floor next to the kitchen. Large bathroom with clawfoot tub is shared with the innkeeper

Ha ha ha ha. Wow, either the person that wrote the description of this stuff needs to reword, or they need to tell the truth. LOL

i think it is just meant to mean that you can fit 2-5 comfortably, and could be an intimate retreat for two, but could fit a third comfortably (the person who wrote it just needed to word it a little differently).
