My address bar completely disappeared!!! I have tried everything!! How do I get it back???????

Click on view and then toolbars.

I tried doing that several times before and it didn't work. All I have is address in Gray and it isn't clickable. The same thing is happening with the links button as well.

try rebooting your computer and maybe that will help
mine does that sometimes and this helps
also have you updated your windows lately?

Tried restarting not sure if we have had a windows update lately...

Put your mouse pointer under the word address slowly move it downward until you see your mouse pointer turn into a double pointer then hold down your left mouse button as you drag the line down as far as it will go.

If it won't drag, then click on View then go to toolbars and make sure you don't have Lock the Tools bars checked. If you do, uncheck them then try dragging again.

See if that will help.
