I made a trade about a month ago for some merchandise,I sent a money order the next day well all I keep getting is the runaround,tonight I go to the trade board and she has posted that basically anyone she owes a trade to will get it when they see it in the mail. I am livid, I have dealt fairly with her and yet she wont answer my e-mails, I sent her the money and I have an e-mail acknowledging she received it. she also told me she shipped my package out last Friday, I have waited all week, then I read a post saying that my trade will be shipped tomorrow, I dont appreciate being lied to. I have e-mailed her and she still hasn't. I am at the end of my rope with this trade.

I went through a similar thing with someone on eBay. I sent a money order and then a week later I emailed the seller to see if she received the payment and she replied and said she had. I finally received the item but it was 16 days later. She had told me that she mailed it when she actually hadn't. I had to threaten to file a complaint before she sent them out. I don't know why people have to be so difficult.

I am posting again after reading all the replies. I normally only pay attention to my trades and check on people when I intend to trade with them.I agree, a slight delay in shipping for paid items is ok at times but months? Not acceptable at all. I am really sorry to hear about all who have traded with this person (yes,we are talking about the same person) It's unfortunate because I know she was a one time a good trader.I have traded with her and luckily mine was smooth. she told me my package was mailed last saturday (about 3 diff. times), now my name is on the list to be mailed tomarrow, i'm not holding my breath ! i sent her paypal of $9+change , several others have sent $100+ & are still waiting !!!!

I think we are talking about the same person, I have waited for three weeks for this dress I bought for my nephew and girlfriend, they gave me the money and I got a money order about a month ago, well I knew she was having some problems and said that understandable, but a whole month has passed, I even bought something else off her with my paypal account and asked her to ship it with the dress and she said she would and they were supposed to be shipped last Friday, before that I was told that it would be shipped out Wednesday, Yea I tried to be understanding but anyone would be angry having to wait so long. she wont answer my e-mails, if this isnt resolved I am filing internet fraud charges against her. I dont appreciate being lied to several times and then when confronted with it she acts like it is the buyers fault.

yea , she posted "GEES PEOPLE CALM DOWN" Yea calm down ,,, you got all our money ! she has lied to me so much , i tried to be understanding but whats to understand,, we payed so where is our stuff ????i've been a few days not getting to the post office before (stuck with granbaby)(sick)(car broke)but a month or 2 & all the lies is what realy gets me !

In general when you accept a payment from someone for an item there isn't really an excuse for not shipping it right away at least within a day or two. You HAVE the money for postage because the person paid you postage for the item. Using that money elsewhere and delaying shipping the item is just not right.

It's not right to do that to people. The excuses they come up with are unbelievable. Once someone receives payment they should complete their end at least within a couple of days. It's not right to take someones money and then not send them what they are due. The person you are referring to has guest under her name now. I wonder why. It looks like someone else will be added to that bad traders list.

back in july i bought a cap from her and sent paypal payment the same day, she sent me 3 differnt emails telling me she was gonna mail it and what day to look for DC# (they never came), so when i sent her and email saying that i was gonna file a complaint with payapl to get my money baby, she finally refunded my money and sent the hat.

She did FINALLY make it right for me, hope she does with ya'll too

I'm glad you got your cap from her finally. I just don't understand why some people wait until they are threatened before they send out their half. Why bother telling someone that you sent it out if you really hadn't. That is definitely not a good way to get someone off your back. lol That just makes it worse because now you're going to be known not only as a bad trader or seller but a liar as well. It doesn't do a lot for your character. lol

she is a guest because of a post that basically told everyone that she owed a trade to that they would get them when they saw them in their mailbox.she also said it was her kiss my a-- post, I just happened to see this post and was pretty mad because I sent my end of deal and she gets upset when you want to know where your stuff is.the mods must have deleted the post and probably took some other action. if she can accept peoples money for trades then she should keep up her end of the trade and quit whining when people want the stuff they paid for. I live a state over from her and am considering printing all the e-mails and goint to the state police in her state and filing a complaint if I dont hear from her. she wont answer my e-mails and that is very frustrating, I have never done anything like that but I will because I have $67.00 invested in this deal and I want my money back because I dont think I want her trade after she basically told me and anyone else she was trading with to kiss her a-- i dont appreciate that, and I dont deserve that.

Good for you!! I would go to the state police too! I remember a post from sometiem ago, where there was member scamming people said they were selling a camcorder the they "sold" to a bunch of people..members here got the police in her town involved, and they all got their money back (she was told IF she gave the $ bakc she woudl not be prosecuted, but had she not paid up, they could have filed charges on her).

I don't blame you for thinking of going to the police. That's an awful lot of money to just hand over to someone. I didn't even do a trade with this person but it still irks me that she would tell people to calm down. That's ridiculous. I hope that everyone who is still waiting ends up getting their stuff.

I did not get to read the post about Kiss my a** but I am also waiting on a trade from her-she has always replied to my emails when I write her-I got a email today saying she got banned for posting about how mean people are and the nasty emails she has been getting she also said my stuff was ready to be shipped

This has gone on wayyyy too long. She should have been banned weeks ago. Just my opinion. But when someone has taken tons of people's money and then basically gives them the finger, she's lucky being banned is her only punishment. I say anyone trading with her gets together and file charges against her with her state police.

I've traded with her before and it went great. But too many people are being scammed and it has got to stop!

That's the part that bothered me the most and I never even traded with her. I guess I still have an open wound from the eBay transaction that almost went wrong. lol I just hate to see anyone being taken advantage of. She had to nerve to tell people to calm down. That was just wrong.

Your best bet is to avoid buying things from people off this board. You'll get ripped off again, I can promise you that.

I sent her $80.00 back in June. A couple of weeks ago I got refunded $40.00 in paypal.After the post here the other night I got another$20.00 in paypal and she said she would send the other $20.00 in a money order to be mailed out over the weekend and that she would send me mo number. Haven't heard anymore but will let you know when/if I receive it.I've had a couple of trades with her before that turned out great.

Well here it is Monday night and she still hasnt contacted me about this mess. I am going to give her until Friday to either refund my money or get my merchandise to me or I am going Friday afternoon to the state police in her state with all my printed correspondence from her and file a police report. I was hoping that she would get in touch with me and say she had sent it out, but apparently she wants to stick her head in the sand. I am so frustrated because I checked her feedback and she had a very good record so I honestly thought I would receive my end of the deal. My nephew is so disappointed, he and his girlfriend wanted that dress so badly as money is tight and I feel like I let them down. I wish she would at least e-mail me with her intentions, I think I deserve that, I dont want to get the police involved but I will because $67.00 is a pretty good amount of money to me. If she did send it I want proof thought after being lied to twice. just had to vent because this is so frustrating.

I don't think that is really true..I have done upwards of 40 trades here, and only had a problem with 1..there may be some bad traders here, but there are just as many if not more good ones!

I take it then that she spent the $80 you sent her since she is paying you back in increments. Why couldn't she of just refunded the total amount that you payed her.

<<Is glad she does not have any trades going with this person as I would have already took action... Enough is enough, and it makes us honest ones look bad. When I do a trade on this board, I always let the receiver know when their end will be mailed out, if I receive the money today the trade goes out tomorrow and could possibly go out same day if the money is my paypal before the PO closes and I have to go out to the store or something. If you can not fulfill your end of the deal ,then you have no business even offering a trade, deal or anything else.
Sometimes people like that need to put their feet in the other persons shoes.
Shame she was once a good trader and it has resorted to this.

I totally agree with taking action. I know how it feels. I bought some jeans from someone and paid for them via paypal on Sept 6 and still have not received. She has had some good excuses. :rolleyes:

Thats too bad you feel this way.... there are still some of us honest ones left here. I've been on bbs for a couple years now and the person this post is about is the only one who has truly disappointed me so far. I will not let this stop me from trading here.

She got me too for 9 and some change sent via paypal. i am going to go to paypal tonight and file a report. I too have been told several times that my merchandise was mailed.

This is the only time I have ever had a problem on this board and have always been very happy with everything I ever traded or bought from anyone here, I would not be deterred or hesitant to buy here at all. Stuff happens sometimes and I understand that, I saw the kiss my _ _ _ post and was a little irritated over it.

Gees, I'm an understanding person, I had a bunch of ebay auctions going a week ago and I fell and broke a toe and hurt my back, not one person was mean or didn't understand, all I did was be TRUTHFUL and let every one know.

Dont feel bad. I felt bad about the feedback I left her until I saw all the other ppl wanting their money/stuff. Now I am glad I did. Especially after what Ive been hearing about the kiss my _ _ _ post that I missed. If I had read that Im sure I would have been left speachless! (well...til I sat n thought about it then I woulda been pi$$ed!)

I agree with Patchouli I was not involved in any trades with her eithe and I did get to see the kiss my ass thread, and now she is saying she is going to laugh blah blah blah wtf kind of person would do this to honest people?

I wrote to garnettes bad trader and we will see what action can be taken against her,this may even help since I dont have a trade with her buit see others being scammed by her.
She has not registered at FFD if she has she is using another name there, but I have been members of these boards for over a year and I have never seen such a mess as what she has going on now....
