Yes. It helped but it made my teeth VERY sensitive while I was using it. It doesnt affect everyone that way so I am probably in the minority.

My son & my brother both used it and it made my son's teeth senstive for awhile also, but my bro had no problems with it, LOL!

Haven't tried that, but, my dentist reccommended the Crest White Strips to me. He said that he could whiten my teeth for me and charge me the nearly $200 to do so, or I could use these, and get the same results only it would take a little longer. I chose the cheaper route, and he was right. I get more compliments on how white my teeth are than I could ever have imagined.

ok i went back today - dentist and the people in the waiting room said my teeth are so white

technically im the 3rd level of whiteness but he said anymore might not look good

i had the bonding done today - the spaces are gone - LOOKS SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
