~hangs head in shame~
I cheat when I make mine. My espresso maker is junk, and I don't even try to make cappas or lattes any more. My dot makes wannabee cappa by heating a cup of milk and stirring in a teaspoon of Folger's instant coffee and sometimes a squirt of chocolate syrup or some other flavorings.

I usually get mine at the Coffee Cartel or somewhere.

By the way, welcome to BBS!

I just got an espresso/cappucino maker at a garage sale this weekend for $1.00 I was so excited. Now I can make my own. I used to be a barista so I kind of know what I am doing.

I do make my own frapps. I use milk (whole works best), International Foods coffee, and ice. Sometimes I throw in some ice cream like they do at Baskin Robbins.

My 5 year old is a frapp junkie. She has been ordering them for me at Starbucks since she was 3. She is so funny. She goes up to the counter and tells them I would like a Venti Mocha Brownie frappucino please. And if they give her the wrong size she tells them! She gets a coffee free frapp, they are just made with cream.
