Stupid W32.SOBIG Virus

OMG!!! I have gotten way over 200 emails in the last two days with this stupid virus. Not only that, but I got state agencies emailing me saying I sent them an email with the virus! WTF?!? I havent emailed anyone from my email in months!! So everyone watch out.. Scan all your emails...

I just deleted 10 from my e-mail not 5 minutes ago. I keep getting more and more. I'd love to hang the kid that got this all started. Gimme a crack at him, he'll wish he never knew what a computer or a virus was!!

I am having the same problems here. It is going to cost us at least $60 to have it all fixed.

My virus scan picks all of the up. Never open an e-mail from anyone that you don't know. That's a basic rule.

My virus software caught it 3 times yesterday.

when i get email from someone i don't know with an attachment, i scan it, then when it shows a virus, i forward the email complete with attachment/and copy of what the scan found to the users ISP. its drastically cut down on the number i was getting

How do you find out what their ISP is?

a lot of those i get come from yahoo and hotmail accounts. or charter or aol, those are easy and the ones i forward
