I grew up on every holiday eating my Great-Great-Great Aunt's Lefse. She never had a written recipe, always made it and unfortunately died before passing down the tradition. I have searched and there are so many variations out there. If you have a recipe you wouldn't mind sharing, please post or pm me. I want to take on this family tradition but don't want to have a ton of failures! Thank you so much for your help!:p

How about Lefse crepes or Roll-ups
For the crepes, lay out flat and pour your favorite pie filling, about three spoonfuls on and spread. Roll up and microwave a few minutes and then top with whipped cream. Yummy!
Roll-ups- Mix a 8 to 16 oz. container of cream cheese, depending on how many you want to make, with shallots, shredded beef and chopped black olives. Roll up and slice into 1 to 2 inch slices and dip in salsa. Great for parties!
