Ebay is trying to take my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid Ebay $21 for all my seller fees on 8-4-03. I realy only owed $20.70. Then on 8-6-03 they charged an old credit card $5.36 (not sure why they charged)and of course it did not go through, then Ebay charged me $15 for it not going through. Now they want me to pay them $15. I have no clue what is going on. Now they have suspended my account. I have proof through my bank statement that they took their $21. I wrote them about this and they only danced around the issue saying that the old credit card declined. But, I don't know why they charged me in the first place when i paid all of the fees the day they were due?? I am so frustrated. I do not owe them a dime. Please Help Somebody!!!:(

I paid e-bay $7.00 in sellers fees a while back, and they said we didn't pay it. I ended up paying it again because there was something I wanted to see. Just to let you know, that it has happened to me too. No credit card situation, but just the fact we had to pay the fees twice.
