Just Hubby's ex. Just really can't stand her right now.

He sent pics and letter to the kids, and asked for pics of them(we live 600 miles away) and never got a response. I am sure she is to blame, it has upset hubby, like she really cares if he has contact with the kids, as long as she gets her money.

Please don't flame, I know not all ex's are bad, but she is one of the rotten ones.

He calls the kids, and she lets them talk a couple of minutes, then she gets on the phone and tries to talk to him an hour, telling him all HER problems (like he cares, they have been divorced 10 years, he really could care less if she has a wart on her butt!!!) He is always the one to call, they never do.

He asked for some pics a few years ago too, she said, he would have to put $20 toward them (he never got any then either)

That is awful. I just don't understand when people do that. He is still their father no matter what and they should have a relationship with him. She is just wrong!:mad:

Its too bad because the kids are stuck in the middle, are the kids big enough he can just ask them for pictures instead of asking the ex. If he writes to the kids, can they write back and put school pictures in the envelope. It depends on the age of teh kids also.

Does he have a custody order? Maybe he could file to add a modification that includes getting pics, phone calls scheduled, report cards...etc.

Then if she doesn't comply, she would be in contempt.

ages 13 & 14. Another thing, we don't now WHAT she tells them. Court is 600 miles away, don't know if we could swing going there to take care of it.

Yep, they would be scheduled to be sent through the court by a certain date. If you can't reason with her, that's the next best thing!
