Anybody out there a BMG member? I'm getting fed up with them. Every CD I want is "Sales Restricted", or they don't have what I want at all. I understand some of the titles that are brand new being sales restricted but a lot of them are old! They have Bob Seger's Greatest Hits sales restricted and it came out in 1994!! What's up with that? Last month they called me trying to get me to do their "buy 3 at regular price get 12 free" or whatever it is they try to sucker you into for "being a good customer", and I told her no because everything I want I can't order as a free title, or they don't have what I want, and that I had just ordered myself birthday presents from BestBuy instead of BMG. They don't care. I wrote them some feedback at their website and told them they suck lately. I also have enough music points for a free CD and I can't get what I want.:(

ACK!! They never, ever, ever leave you alone! I've asked them how many times to not call, send mail, email, whatever and they don't stop! It wouldn't be so bad, but my dh is a buy 1, get 11 free junkie--he cannot tell them no! RUN! lol

The "sales restriction" sounds a lot like start sampling's samples for "other members". LOL

I am a member there ( sad to say, lol)

I like it when they don't send you the mailings and then all of a sudden you get a CD you didn't even ordered

I mail that thing right back to them UNOPENED

I used to be a memember a few years ago, and when I fulfilled my obligation... I ran light lightening in the opposite direction! LOL :p

I asked about why they didn't have any very current titles. They gave me some deal that they wait longer to purchase them which then allows them to pass that savings on to the customer. Yeah yeah. LOL I finally, finally found something I wanted for my last one I needed to get from them and just closed it.

Yeah, the never have anything good! If I wanted something that was 5 years old, I'd go to a thrift store!
