I just looked for some jobs I could do in the paper, I would really like to do this, but dont hold information well in my head.... is that going to be a big requirement for this type of job? What is the training like? is it a hard job to do? I had done telemarketing for a while, and think I would do OK on a phone because I had to hold my composure on the phone with potential customers that would get well, out of hand. but heres the info I have, if you have any you can share with me it would be much appreciative, with divorce comming and having to live at my parents with my 3 kids, I need to find something that will pay good enough to take care of my kids, and I can do anywhere if I chose to move. plmk TIA

I have some friends who are dispatchers and my uncle did the job twice. you have to remember military time really well, adress recollection and things like that. also the police codes "the 10 system"

the job seems easy enough, my mom is thinking about putting in an application in the county seat for a job similar to this.

The only thing you might have to consider is shift work. Is that going to be a problem? It was interesting reading the ad. I am a police services specialist. It's interesting to compare the wages.

Good luck in what you decide to do.
