Dead Sea Scrolls

Have they ever been translated and if so are the translations on line? I've searched and had no luck. I've always been curious since I've heard stories about how controversial they are.

I want to know if there really is a Gospel According to Jesus Christ. That is one of the many speculations and that the Catholic Church has this gospel and won't bring it to the public because it will go against many of their teaching.

The Dead Sea Scrolls are still being translated but it is my understanding is that no one person is allowed to see an entire scroll. Sounds interesting but I would love to know who is really in control of all these scrolls. The same with the Rosetta Stones.
