I found this cool tool from the Brita water site.

Check off those options that apply to you, and it will tell you how many glasses of water a day you should be drinking.

Gave me an answer of 12 a day!!!!!

(How I am supposed to find time to stop peeing long enough to get a fresh glass of water is beyond me!)

It says I need 14 cups a day...UUUUGGGGGG. I hate water. LOL

Thanks .. That is very neat. Water is about the only thing i drink. It said i should drink atleast 10 glasses a day , which i think i do anyway.

11 glasses of water a day because I moderately excercise and drink coffee.... geeeez...thought I was exercizing to LOSE water! lol

It said 16 glasses for me...yikes!!!!!
That sounds high...Well maybe not...if by a glass they mean 8 ounces.
I guess.

Eight ounces is not much. I was trying to drink 10 glasses a day, until I figured out my glass held 16 ounces!! Many of your foods aleady have water in them so you don't have to just drink water.

12 glasses a day for me. The doctors keep telling me to drink alot (kidney stones). Good thing I like water. But I wonder if three large iced-coffees a day counts toward anything? LOL
