Hi,
I'm bored so I thought I'd type out one of my favorite poems to share with you. I've always enjoyed poems about animals so I've got a bunch I've stashed in a notebook over the years. If you like this one,tell me and I'll post others as I find time.
Legend of the White Stallion.
But there was one 'mong the rest
stood nobler, prouder, beauty blessed
and swifter than the deer;
His white mane streamed and wisdom gleamed
from dark eyes wide and clear.
Fire flashed from black hooves prancing,
Stardust on his coat was dancing,
High he held his head;
and none was there as wonderous fair.
So He smiled and then he said:
"Most marv'lous beast to you I say
twice blessed are all thy sons today,
the white horse I shall cherish;
and through all time
thy noble line
from earth shall never perish."
