I am just at a lost on what to call the kitten our friend heard in the back garage.
We finally have the kitty inside. Dont know whether its a boy or a girl. Any hints on that would help. :o
I guess a unisex name would be best. I am so tired of everyone looking at her behind. Then saying, i just dont know for sure. :p

What does it look like? Colors? Eyes? Anything that stands out....

The kitty is a honey orange and tan with gray eyes with green flecks. I would say about 8 weeks old.
High energy and nosy. Loves the mini pincher, Maggie. We got her a squirrel toy the kitty is hilarious.
Still kinda wild. The kitty is skittish. We have to name the kitty tho. I wish, i knew if it was a boy r girl.

to sex your kitten you need to look at it's "wee-wee" and "bottom" if they are close to each other than it is a girl, if they are a ways apart it is a boy.

my cats names:
biege
whiskey
bacardi

All good names. I will have to let the sweetie look. I am going to look at the kittys bottom. It seems the "wee wee" and its bottom is a good bit apart. :p

I think Angel is cute if a girl. Take it to the vet and find out for sure. you are going to get it fixed aren't you? They do it around six months but it will need it'a shots before then.

Why don't you wait for your kitty to name itself? When the personality comes out. My sister's kitty was named squeeky cause it just squeeks instead of meows but I always want to call her patches cause she looks just like someone threw paint on her. Spots all over, even on her face. No pattern just like they are haphazard---patches. LOL

Thanks to everyone for the names! Thanks for the links IAhawkeye!
I think, its a girl cause the "wee wee" and the bottom r close together after today's in inspection. :o
This kitty has the strangest meow. It's hoarse r something. Yes, we r going to get Maggie(the abused stray we have now) and the kitty fixed. The vet wants Maggie out of heat for 2 weeks. Also, they said they r booked up for 2 weeks for vaccinations.
I am trying to find a lower cost than $160 for just the spading for Maggie. Any ideas?

Maybe you should name her after a famous lady with a distictive voice like SUZANNE for Miss Plechette or KATHLEEN for Miss Turner.

The name you choose says as much about you as it does about your cat. It shows how you view your cat and your relationship with it. Some names can cause people to judge a cat and react positively or negatively/fearfully when meeting it. For these reasons it is important to use a name that conveys the proper image. Happy searching!

I got that off one of the cat naming sites. :p

Do a search online for vets in your area and see if you can price shop. Find out about them first so they won't be a bad vet.

Right now, the kitty is holding her own with Maggie(this is one crazy doggie). Poor kitty. I think, she really thinks Maggie is the kitty's momma.
I just keep on calling her names. Like she is going to say, yes thats my name. lol :p
I think, she may be a girl. Still dont know. I did call some vets. Make one appt. since its two weeks away, i hope i can find something else so much cheaper. The people at PetSmart said call the humane society. I really hate to do phone, but the animals health is very important to me.
The kitty is hilarious with her catnip squirrel. :p
