I personally believe that Nutrasweet is extremely unhealthy. But some of you may agree or disagree. Put your opinion here.

Anything that is a sugar substitute contains some form of nutrasweet.

Nutrasweet:

1. Can cause headaches and other reactions in individuals who are sensitive to nutrasweet.

2. Eventually turns into sugar anyway. So you mine as well just have the sugar. Or find a healthy alternative to sweeting. Like using things that contain natural sugars to flavor your food - fruits and honey. Your body will thank you.

3. Has been known in large doses to cause cancer in mice.

4. Can trigger stress eating causing cravings and consumption of excessive amounts of carbohydrates. Which can cause weight gain.

Just think for a second. If you left the dirty oil in your car eventually it won't run well. Your body is the same way. If you feed it too much processed or artifical stuff it'll run just like the car with the dirty oil.
