I have a computer problem.help

When ever i try to get a webpage through AOL 6.0 i get this stupid window up wanting to know where i want that page downloaded, and I cant stop it from coming up, i called AOl and they cant help me, anyone please help................. thank you

I saw the resolution to this awhile back on one of the boards that I frequent however I can not for the life of me remember what board or how to correct the problem, here is a thread where you can ask for help and they may be able to help you.
