My SIL & BIL, plus their kids are selling their house. Thats not the bad part. We are also in the process of doing the same thing, and DH & I are staying with his mom, so we can get all of the bills at the old house paid off, and we are clearing the land at the new place. (which is right across the street from MIL), well, my SIL is moving in with US!!!!!!!!!!! I don't even get along with her....she lets her kids come in MY ROOM and tear things up.

Change the door handle to a locking door handle (with a key lock) and keep it shut and locked. Some people have no respect for other people's privacy. At least this way you know that your things won't be touched and when you are in your room, no one will be coming in unexpectedly.
