This morning I spoke with a criminal investigater about what happened at the grocery store. Also got a guy who will round up all of the other girls so we can all be together in this. The next step will be this guy getting written statements from these people and then talking to the "accused". They will try to get him to admit to things, but I dont think he will give up that easily. I was also told I may need a restraining order after they issue his arrest warrant which will come right after they get statements from everyone.

We were told to press criminal and civil cases for emotional stress. Criminal for what he has done of course.

The police officer was familiar with this guy and knows what hes like (thank goodness) and seems like he has been in trouble before, but the police officer couldnt specify or even say 100% that he had.

Anyways, thought I would keep everyone updated. I know know much of anything until Monday.

Thank goodness. He sounds like a real sicko if the police know about him. This may be the last straw for him. Good for you and your mother.

(((hugs))) Brave gal! This needs to be stopped immediately! Since when was it ok for anyone to touch anyone else without permission? Glad you are sticking up for yourself and the other girls!!

The other girls want to come forward now, so we may have a huge criminal case, not to mention one h*** of a civil case against the store for misconduct.

I am sure that I speak for alot of people when I say I am PROUD of you! Good for you, good for the other girls....sometimes one voice CAN make a difference. Please keep us posted!

Im so glad to have this strong backing. I feel very empowered right now and know that these police officers WILL do something about it. I told them I had no reason to make up a story and that I babysat for a police officer in the town, so then they perked right up.

Even if this goes to court, I will still feel like I have accomplished something just saying something and will accomplish more in court.
