View Full Version : my cocker had her first litter

Hadnt had a chance to brag yet due to our computer being down but my cocker finally had her first litter on May 19th. She had 8 but we lost the runt :( So there are 3 black males, 2 buff females and one chocolate male and one chocolate female. They are ADORABLE! I took lots of pictures and will post them as soon as I get my film developed. It was pretty neat to watch except for the fact that she started having them at 3:00 in the morning on my living room carpet! :eek: So I called my gf (pksmith) and she helped me out a lil on the phone. Thanks again, Pam. Anyways, I will post more on them when I get the pics back! :D

I have a miniature cocker. She's black and about 14. She used to be a 'workin mother' in a puppy mill. We recued her when they closed the place down. BTW - Congrats!

Hey Kelly, no problem with you giving me a call that early in the morning. You know that if I needed something and it was that early in the morning I would surely call you. Oh by the way, The puppies are sooooooo cute!:)

Congrats! I lost my buff cocker a few years back. He was epilipic(spelling), and had a grand mal seizure, and I felt it was time to end his suffering. Now I want another one. Their so cute!

You had better tell the hubby that he can't keep any of the puppies. He told you that you couldn't keep any so don't let him change his mind because he fell in love with one. Stick to your guns. Of course he wants to keep the most valuable one. LOL

Yea..... the DH (and the D isnt standing for "dear" right now) said "WE ARE NOT KEEPING ANY PUPPIES!" I wanted a blonde one. Always have but we have two black ones and a black/white parti colored one. Of course my favorite blonde one was the first one someone came to put a deposit on. Then some one called on the most expensive chocolate female today and he insists he's keeping that one. GRRRRRRR :mad: And he already told the kids we were. :(
