ok, it's not really new, but it should be.....I've been doing it since Novemebr 2002, but I am having no luck. I'm not a pushy person, so I don't think that this is the thing for me to do. Thought that it was when I first got started in to it. Now, I am having no luck at it. You can only ask the same people to do something so many times. I just don't know what to do.

Don't know if you have tried this, but putting booklets or making a basket up with booklets in it and putting them in bridal shoppes or anyone whom you know that has a business in their store. You may get some interest built up that way. You can always ask businesses. I know I've seen alot of things like this at bridal shoppes. Maybe a bride to be can have a party and let some people she knows know what she wants. Only idea I have for now. Sorry HTH though.

Cherish you might want to try dropping off your brochures in area banks and doctor's offices...places where many women tend to work. Just make sure it's ok with the manager to do this.
When I was working in a doctor's office, I started to sell Avon on the side. It didn't make me rich but the women at my work were my best customers. When I quit working there, I continued to drop off my brochures & getting orders.
You may also want to try networking...ask your girlfriends to bring a brochure to pass around at work or to put it in the lunch room. Have you given any parties yet? Good luck! :)

I have given parties, but you can only ask the same people so many times. I think that my problem is I'm not going out of my clique

Actually that's exactly your problem... no offense. Don't worry, I sell avon and have had the same problem.

Wish I could help you out, but I am Pampered Chef out for the year. Keep your chin up and ask around. I love the stuff myself. ;)

I work in a marketing business. Not Pampered Chef, but an idea that we use sometimes is offer a referral fee for every membership we get from friends. Is it possible to have your friends refer people to you and for every order offer them a certain amount of money? Money talks sometimes.
