It's been 12 years

My husband and I were seperated for 3 months 12 years ago. We were actually back together before we had to go to court to set the child support. Today I get a letter in the mail saying they are going to close out our case in 60 days. I called to find out why they waited until now to do this. They said somebody just forgot to do it.:rolleyes:

My oldest 2 father passed away in Nov 99 ... I told the child support office this and showed them papers and still got papers saying I had to go for appointments . Finally, about a month ago I got a paper in the mail saying that they were going to terminate the case becausethey found out he was deceased.
