JCREW cancel my order

I was just checking my order from j crew and they cancel my order and they didn't even e mail me letting me know this I just hate company who do this,this happen to me with newport news too, after you take the time looking and then placing your order they just cancel without reason why they didn't check availabities before :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

This happens to me all the time with JCrew's sale items. I don't know what kind of system they use, but it obviously doesn't keep the inventory in real time. They usually do let you know, but if I recall they mail you a postcard rather than e-mail you.
