A Random Act Of Kindness...a really cool "gift" recieved out of the blue without having asked for or expected it.

LOL!! Not to be mean, but by your definition the people on this board ASKING for RAOKs must really just mean a AOK ;) heehee - just struck me as funny. I am in a weird mood this morning. :)

Serious, 2+ years and I was about to ask myself!!! Thanks for the RAOK! I thought it was some weird thing about stamps like SASE, lol, just a little off, I'm in a good mood anyhow because I did a survey and was one of the 25 to win a free video game, like life...I don't happen to have a game system to support anyways! Winning is always fun!

You are all cracking me up!
I'm glad someone finally asked
what RAOK meant. (I had no clue either!)
I knew it meant you were giving something
away for free, but the Letters ROAK made
no sence to me. He-He. :D

One more thing...
I love Bigbig, there's no other place I'd rather be, and I'm not surprised at all that RAOK(s) would be here! :)

I was wonderign myself, but didn't want to ask. I have to agree that it doesn't seem very random if you're asking though. LOL.

Sorry to burst bubbles, but I feel if you don't ask you don't receive. I don't see what it hurts to ask others for HELP when you're in search of (ISO) something. Someone might have something that they're not using that you need & visa versa. Thanks for everyone's HELP, RAOK, etc. to me & from me. Have a good day!

pumamomma, sorry if you feel offended!! We were just joking around. There is NOTHING wrong with asking... but we are kidding around because if you ask for something, it really isn't "a cool gift received out of the blue" It would just be a cool gift. Come on! Don't be so sensitive!! It is funny ... No one said anything about it being wrong to ask for something!! "I have always relied on the kindness of strangers" (is that how that goes?) heehee :D

I knew what a RAOK was, but I'm glad she told us what an ISO is. I have seen it many times too, and didn't know what that was!!! Thanks to all the kind people here many have been helped out with an AOK, whether random or not.

I almost asked this fifty times! I too thought it had to do with shipping or something. :D
