I am so upset

I have been fight a WC claim for nearly 4 years. I have had a total of 3 surgeries on my knee the last being total knee replacement. they MMI'd me (maximum medical improvement) in April of 02 because THEIR Doctor said that it was as good as it gets. Mine said TKR would be the next step.
Anyway i get a letter from my lawyer today I won my case the 14th but htey are only going back to Jan of this year to back pay me. All the pain Ive been through in the past 3 years and I get a measly 11 weeks pay!!!!!

the case on the 14th was to add the different things that have happened BECAUSE of the injury, and no I wasnt in court lawyer said I didnt need to be there (it is a 2-1/2 hour drive one way for me) anyway, all the other stuff is now included in my claim. Yeah I know they will re-imburse for all that but this is the second time I have been MMI'd and both times I've lost alot of pay. This time over a year at 524.00 bi-weekly. I have NO idea what 1-3-03 has to do with anything, why they chose this date, etc. I had surgery on 3-3-03 (the 3rd) I have the letter I just got from my lawyer today. It says this exactly...."I have enclosed two C-84 forms regarding Mrs. Dirkswife (lol). I also enclose a Power of Attorney form.Please send me Mrs. dirkswife's temporary total check for the time period 1-1-03 to the present. Additionally I enclose a set of medical records from *********.

there has been NO settlement. I have never been released from TTD since the accident occured, since 12/21/99. I was paid for the first 9 months then MMI'd got paid from second surgery 10/22/01 to 4/02 MMI'd again nothing since. Until this letter today. They havent paid ANYTHING in over a year.
