i think there is a fake paypal sending emails

i just got this email from paypal saying
that they need my password credit card info
they say that my account is inactive that is the biggest bowl of BS
i have heard yet.
they also say if dont give them this info that i will be removed from
paypal.
if you want to it i can show it to you

I got this in my email too, but knew it was fake because I've seen it posted on this site before!!!

Who should we report it too - paypal and ????
