Ok... Im an ebay seller, and I state IN MY ADS that I can accept paypal from buyers with VERIFIED *AND* CONFIRMED addresses... I have had buyers that has either one or the other...Would you sell to them even though its STATED in your ad your "requirements"?

It would depend totally on the amount of positive feedback, as well as any negative feedback. But if it clearly says *AND,* you are under no obligation to sell to someone with one or the other. Suggest a money order instead if they don't meet your paypal qualifications.

not unless they are willing to send you a US Postal MO inadvance of you shipping the item.

Maybe they are not sure what that means. I have been using paypal for a couple of years and only in the last month or so did I know there were diffrent types of accounts. Maybe if feedback is low a money order. However you are not obligated to sell to them.

I just bought an item on Ebay and used Paypal. I had it sent to my daughter and when I added her address to Paypal, it was categorized as unconfirmed. The seller didn't have a problem with it at all and shipped the item to her. I guess it would depend on the situation, DreamWarrior, on how you would handle it.
