Hotels for Cheaper Website ??

Does anyone know the website for the place where you kind find hotels for cheaper rates? I've seen it advertised on TV but can't remember for the life of me what it is .. It isn't priceline.com that I am looking for, but a new one. Thanks.

Thanks for the links .. we are planning a trip to Virginia Beach and I know it gets expensive once tourist season starts in June, so we need all the help we can get :)

Usually if you can find a website dedicated to the place you are visiting they will have special deals - better than the generic sites.
