Beach Towel Exchange

Hi, this is MistyWolf, Mamalamas sister .. I was wondering if anyone was interested in doing a beach towel exchange? I have never organized an exchange before so don't really know where to begin, but maybe someone would be interested in organizing or let me know what to do.

I was a thinking of a $10 limit .. beach towels aren't that expensive and for sometime in June.

Let me know your thoughts on this one.

OK .. I am going to attempt to organize this .. lol (my sister will help me). I will take name up until May 15th and than will match whoever signs up with a partner. Beach towels will have to be mailed out by June 10th and a delivery confirmation (DC#) will be needed. Email me at agearo@hotmail.com and put BBS Beach Towel Exchange as the subject. $10 is the limit and I think that is sufficient .. let me know if you think otherwise.

When you email me, put your BBS user name, real name and address please.

Also, will someone who ran a former exchange please send me a list of bad traders so we can try to eliminate anyone from getting burned. Thanks :)

WalMart had some really nice beach towels .. did you see the ones that have games on them? Like Checkers, Tic-Tac-Toe, Twister and one like Chutes & Ladders but called something else? They were neat but I didn't get them cause I thought they were on the thin side :( .. but the idea was cute.

I saw those but they seemed more for kids to me. My DD wanted me to get her one of them. LOL I told her no.. too many pieces to get lost quick. :D I saw some other ones that were huge and really nice, but a little out of my price range. Had to get Cheryl some new sandals so needed to keep it within reason. Still found a nice one though. :)

Cut off date for taking names for the exchange is May 15th, and towels must be mailed out by June 10th!!

You must also get a delivery confirmation number (DC#) from the post office .. just ask and they will know what you are talking about .. it only costs .45 cents more. When you get the DC#, email it to me so I can keep track of who got their packages and it is also proof that you mailed your towel!

Everyone who has joined the exchange has been matched up with a partner, so I am still taking any new people .. and I do have a "bad traders" list, so if you are a "bad trader," don't bother emailing .. my email is agearo@hotmail.com and if for some reason my box is full, email my sister, boopsieboo99@aol.com .. the limit for the towels is $10.00, and if you have a favorite character, color or towel preference put it in the email .. also put your BBS name, real name and mailing address.
