I know this isn't much but I have $4.00 in my PayPal account. Where can I spend it? I really don't have any money to add to it but maybe someone here can suggest a cheap site?

Now don't go getting greedy guys...I know some of you would love to have it!! :p LOL

Maybe you might consider donating it to the modest needs website that tries to help people out. I think it is modestneeds.org but I may be wrong.
