are you talking about the red thing that has rollers on the bottom to get paint around doors and such?
I have one..it works ok, just dont put too much pressure on it or the paint will come out too thick

I don't have one, but from what I've seen, its like a little shaver. Personally, I'd rather not shave my eyebrows, I'll stick with plucking. But, maybe someone knows better than I do.
