Anyone else having this junk come up on their computer??

Every once in awhile I get a pop-up that says it comes from:

It is called JetAdPro 2003.

I go to the above website and it shows

4V SOFTWARE INC.

Choose Product You Want

IP Ad Blocks-stop unwanted IP messages

and then below that is:

JetADPro 2003
The only direct advertising program with proxy support.


I do NOT want to dl any of these. It seems to me as if they put the one on my puter so that I would have to dl the other to make it go away. I'm doing ad-aware now, but I just did this the other day and got rid of everything. Just wondering if anyone else has seen this junk?

I have been having this box pop up on my computer for a few days now and when it pops up it says "popunder". It doesn't say anything else about it so I don't know what the hell it is but it's very annoying.

Haven't seen it yet tonight. I did do the ad-aware and got rid of all my cookies, so who knows. It will probably show up tomorrow just to tick me off. LOL!! Wait hippie I know, I could borrow your alien plant to strangle it should it show it's ugly self again!! Can I???

You should try using a firewall. I use Sygate and nothing gets through. I used zonealarm, tiny personal firewall, black ice and a few others. None of them compare to what I'm using now. I used to get those stupid popups but no more. :)
