romano is the head of the ER, and he kept missing things fired Halay and was being a total a$$. susan got married to some guy she met in vegas, elizabeth told kerri that she thought romano needs mental help. chen got mad at ummmmmm whats his name Mekhi Phifers character cuz he bought her a pair of gloves on the street for her b-day which some "patient" stole from susan's locker. if i missed anything someone fill it in!

Romano's been asking for that to happen since the start of the season, but especially since his arm hasn't responded to treatment. Since that he's been acting like a total b@stard, even more than usual. Want to bet the next new show has him being treated in his own ER again?
