computer help...please...

what would cause me to suddenly not be able to open a certain web page? I have cleaned out cookies & rebooted & tried clicking other links & re-adjusting settings with no change.I am running Win 2000 and I am networked with my dot's pc (can't get the page to open on hers either).Any help is appreciated...thanks!

and I had a member here check,it opened for them.I am getting an error message,I have even tried going through a search first,no good.

I don't know what to do...I don't know enough about browser settings or anything to adjust them myself.
