Sprin fashion show

OK....I am in charge of the April deacon/yokefellow wives get together.

I want to do a blind menu luncheon (that's pretty easy, I just need a foreign language dictionary, prefereably italian or something not spanish)

and a spring fashion show (which will tie into an application kind of motivational talk)

the kicker is, it's a comical fashion show.

Like a T-Shirt
is a shirt with tea bags pinned to it.

I have a friend with an ARMY jacket. Which is a tacky thing covered with lots of sleeves.

Pair of Levis......two young men dressed as Rabbis

for the beach, a tank suit. You guessed it. An old men's suit with tanks all over it. not to mention swimming trunks, old footlockers with flippers & goggles attached......

that kind of thing

If anyone has any idea on other fashion wordplay silliness costumes, let me know.....

a blind luncheon can be a disaster.

You serve in courses.

Each guest will have a list of all things that will be served. The list is in a foreign language. They have to pick 3 things for each course NOT KNOWING WHAT IT IS!

they turn their order in to the kitchen and each plate is prepared for each course for them. It's a surprise as to what you get!

One time, I got one course that was a napkin, a toothpick, and ice cream.

the next course was lasagne, salad, and bread NO UTENSILS

my last course was a fork knife and spoon. it was a riot.

jsut a silly thing to do!
