ok hello all i just went over and saw jake today, things going down hill fast. He is worse then the last time i saw him not looking good. He is in good spirits that is the good thing, but he is still going down hill. They are looking for someone here locally to donate a cart for him to ride just for a few months and having hard time, they are expensive and nobody will donate it for like 3 months to a little boy dieing of cancer this part sucks. Well this is about all i can say for now but as i get the info i will pass it on ok. Again thanks for the help with prayers. If anybody is here in Phoenix and knows of a place that might donate a cart for a few months let me know please. I know that would easy there time with him. Again thanks for the help and support for him
