WOW!! Watsonville!!! I hate to say it, but I moved from Salinas 12 years ago.:( I went to college, parents sold the house so they could move to their dream retirement home. I tried to leave Cali, but got married and hubby dragged me back!! Now I live near Palm Springs. I HATE being so far from the beach!! Spent a lot of weekends at Santa Cruz or Carmel.

I found the Californian web site and read the "local paper" the other day. I can't believe all that has changed, and not changed in that town. Of course, now it's so big, it's a city!!

I miss all the festivals...Artichoke, garlic, my fav...the strawberry festival!! Yum Yum!!

YEAH!! ANNIE169!! ALOT OF FUN THINGS TO DO HERE,ACTUALLY I DONT LIVE RIGHT IN WATSONVILLE,I LIVE OUT IN THE COUNTRY THEY CALL GODS COUNTRY AND I BET YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN! OUT BY CORRALITOS MARKET!! THE FAMOUS SAUSAGE!! I LOVE IT HERE!! GREW UP HERE MY OLE LIFE!!
