Coupon Question

I could use a little help! I am really confused. People on the For Sale/Trade boards are always talking about having coupons or wanting coupons. Many have said they are trying to help a person in need and want expired coupons. I may just be slow, but what do you do with the expired coupons? Do you send them somewhere or get money for them or what? I am just curious, and haven't been able to get an answer yet. Thanks

I have seen some people asking for expired coupons for people in the military. I'm not sure how that works, but that's about all I can tell you. I'm kinda curious too.

When my sister was stationed in Iceland, they could use coupons up to 6 months after the expiration date. HTH

Hmm. I wish that helped. I live in Ohio, and they are pains and tell you that your coupon is expired and you can't use it anymore

I know what you mean--I'm in Ohio too. I think she can only use them when she is in other countries. When she's in VA, she never wants them.
