Hotmail help please!

My hotmail is screwy today....most of the time, when I try to delete a message...I get a pop up that says "access denied..please verify your username and password" I've gone to msn.com and then to hotmail, put in my username and pw and then read or delete from there. But when I return to my email page (both hotmail and outlook accts) it is still messed up. Hubby said to right click and go to scyncronize settings, but I can't find anything that says that and I'm not sure where I am supposed to right click! Any help would be helpful. I am not "full" it says I am at 42% of storage space.

GRRRR! I need my computer whiz hubby to come home!! GRRR!:mad: :mad: :mad:

All of MSN's features have been scrwy. IM and my Hotmail both. I wish you luck!!
