Thanks! I recieved my diploma in the mail today. I dont get the cover till I march in May.:( I wanted to get it framed and matted but I need the cover first. Now if I can just NOT BEND it till then. lol Congratulations on your GPA!!!

Sarah got her 'cover' when she walked in May and they mailed her the diploma in July. AFTER they knew there were no outstanding fees, no outstanding parking tickets or fines. :rolleyes:

Yeah, I called, I get it when I walk the line. Since I graduated in December, they probably waited till now to make sure my account was clear too. I have to pay $40 for my cap, gown, tassle, diploma cover, and ten invatations and envelopes. My "honor cord" for having a 3.8+ gpa is FREE, I suppose. The letter I recieved said that people with that gpa would also recieve the cord, no mention of an extra charge. BUT, they may make me give $5 later. lol

Yeah, at SIUE they will let you walk, but they don't give you the diploma till you have your account paid.

About the posting, let's just say I have a lot of time on my hands! Now congrats to Red for almost getting to 500! :)
