Ok I need a lot of luck today, please!! My fiance and I are going to find out if we get this house...it's between us and someone else and we've already sold his townhouse and have been searching for a house for the past 3 months. We've had nothing but bad luck. This house is perfect for us and my 5 year old son....the thing is who knows if this other couple has more money than us because our max bid was 175000 and we can't go any higher!!!! Please pray for us!!!!!!! I'll let you know what happened tonight!!!

houses here are expensive, and believe it or not that is actually not bad for a home as good as this.....we've looked at so many other homes and they are disasters and the people are asking like 190!!!

Good luck!! I can see that house going for $120,000(just by looks don't know what it has!) or so where I live. Real esate must be high in your area! May I ask what part of NJ? My bf's mom lives in Carney's Point and I wanted to know how our real estate prices compared to there because she said if she ever broke up with her hubby she was moving here. AND THIS CAN'T HAPPEN!!! I'M HOPING SHE CAN'T AFFORD TO MOVE HERE!!!
