more than likely not . . . it all depends on the dealer. They might want the total sum of what you owe plus the repo fees. Good luck!

There will be impoundment fees, repossession fees and IF you pay the account in full, you MIGHT be able to get the car back. But get on the phone FIRST thing in the morning. I was in collections, I repossessed cars and garnished wages. They mean business. If you were (and you were) 90 days delinquent, it was only a matter of time. Did they call you at all before they took the car? Not that you can use that as an argument.

GET ON THE PHONE with them immediately tomorrow morning. Because they will sell it. And some places don't wait very long to do that. And it will be very difficult to get a loan on another vehicle with a 90 day and a repo on your record.

CALL.

And yes, they can call the entire note due and payable if they choose to.

They didn't contact me at all. I don't even have a payment book,,,I just make my payments each month.

Yeah, call them. They can demand you pay the entire amount you owe, WITHOUT GIVING YOU THE CAR BACK. Or if they sell it for, say, $2000 and you still owe, say $4000, they can demand that $2000 difference from you. And you'll have nothing. So, as far as your credit is concerned, you want to get it resolved ASAP. Good luck!
