you can try gmc.discover, usa are the one i have and they are with no sign up fees.. there another thing you want to make sure you don't have is a annual fee.. having no credit is like having bad credit you are a ghost.. not saying you do but that how they look at it..if you bank trying asking their some time banks can help you out..and always read the terms and condtions of the card... try to go with the lowest interest rates..and if there any place that you ever got credit at let them know and they can check on that...

Here's a link to a website that will let you look for low rate credit cards, no fee cards, etc.

Good luck!

If you have no credit you are going to start with a high interest rate , and a annual fee more than likely. And also with no credit it is not likely to be approved for GMC, Discover, etc. Your best best is a secured card from a local bank/credit union, or a card from capitol one. I have been a capitol one card holder for over a year and I am happy with them. When I first got their visa I had to send in $49 for a $200 limit. A year later the increased the limit to $1,000 and upgrade the card to gold. Now I have several credit cards and a good credit rating. Just be sure to pay those bills on time, of course, and don't go over your limit.
