I just ate breakfast, LOL! Haven't even thought of dinner yet. Maybe spaghetti with homemade meatballs, haven't had that in a while. DD & DH will eat almost anything! :)

Hubby is making some sort of casserole for tonight. He made us all pancakes for breakfast too! Lucky for me that he loves to cook on weekends. I do the cooking during the week though :)

My hubby likes to cook too. He has a old timey wood cook stove at the shop and he has pinto's with a smoked ham in it. Corn bread and fried tatars. A pot of boiled coffee...all of it is making right now on that wood stove. And dam this Atkins diet! I can't touch non of it.

Well, it's leftovers tonight. Made a roast with potatoes, onions & carrots last night and tonight they get thrown into a pot for stew. Have leftover veggies in the freezer and they will be tossed in too. Got to get started on the homemade rolls (need time to rise) and then we get leftover strawberry cheesecake that I made yesterday for dessert tonight. :)
Tomorrow there is no school and hubby has the day off (no mail delivery) so he's taking us out to this new Chinese buffet. Supposed to be really good. :) No cooking tomorrow. LOL

I am putting a Turkey in the Rotisserie in about an hour, then gonna make steamed carrots and smashed potatoes. Maybe a salad on the side. :)
