Puter dummy needs help!!!

Okay guys, I am having a prob w/Memolink...they tell me to "clear my cookies" and my cache. I know how to clear the cache, but don't have a clue about clearing my cookies and reset them to low or medium. I have Windows 98 and my ISP is AOL 7.0. Can someone PLEASE help me?????

Go to Tools(on top of this window), Internet Options & then to Privacy. You can adjust it in there.

I hope that helps, I have XP but I think they are the same there.

To clear them, go to Start, All programs, Accessories, System Tools and do a disk clean up, I think that usually cleans them out.
