Click on the icon (should be on your desktop) and click on all the boxes of anything you want scanned(I clicked ALL of them) then click on the scan now button (lower right side) and then wait , after scan is done click continue, and if there is spyware found it will ask you check the boxes of what you want deleted.-- good luck!:D

Kevin, how's Tiffany doing? And let me know how ad aware works. I've been thinking about some sort of spyware blocking program.

I remember when I first installed this . . . AdAware found over 250 spyware items!! OMG. I was hot. Most of it was from BrilliantDigital which comes from Kazaa.

I try to run my AdAware program once a week. Usually finds at least 15 items on average.

Okay, I d/l it too. It found 36 things. I can just have it delete all these 36 things with no harm done?

So Kevin, what do we do with our things?
:D
I have 2 folders that say etraffic, and topmoxie and webhancer, then there's these icons that look like aqua grapes...

Don't know but I'm glad to be rid of the "JUNK". I found some of it was PORN related that I wasn't aware of being on my computer. Thus I am "THRILLED" to get rid of it.

Did you just click on it all and delete everything, all the files, folders and every bit that it listed? Pretty scary what can end up on our computer without our knowledge...OR permission!

I run it every week too. I just delete the stuff. I use Kazaa Lite now, instead of Kazaa. The spyware has been removed from it.

So we can safely delete anything that shows up in the list?

Didn't know there was a Kazaa Lite. I'm not a big music download fan, but if I need to do it . . . I'll check into it.

Thanx!

Bloomindasee - You can download AdAware from here.

I use it too and it's great. The funny thing is, I use Kaaza, but no spyware shows up on Ad-aware. I guess I'm just lucky.:)

oh man, lucky you. You don't remember deleting anything that said Brilliant Digital? That's the spyware from Kazaa.

I still use it but I've read that some say to discontinue it because they haven't updated the files since June 2002.
