new home owner loans or grants ????

We are looking to sell our house . Our friends want to buy it but they need info on where they can get a first time homeowners loan .Can anyone help us with this .

try a bank, or mortgage company, they can probably get more info at a realtor, or maybe FHA. Or maybe you can let them make payments to you, if you didnt want the lump sum money.

We don't need a huge lump sum .Now don't get me wrong ,It would be nice but we really want to help our friends too.

Mikaela is right about the FHA Loan, I am a Retired Realtor in Ca, go to your Bank or Mortgage Company to get an FHA Loan,(FHA Does not make Loans) they have First Time Buyer Programs, and also if he is a
Veteran, the VA has Programs too! :p
