Do they make you feel drowsy the next day or anything like that?

Angel Eyez's post made me think to ask this...
Does anyone know of a good over the counter sleeping pill that really works? I don't want to feel like crap the next day, I just want a good nights sleep. I have such a hard time sleeping. :(

I use Equate PM's. If you take too many you will feel groggy in the morning. The glass of wine doesn't work for me because one glass just isn't enough and so on.. :P

Also you can try melatonin it won't make you feel drowsy the next day. But with these you kind of have to experiment to see the right dose for you. I take 2 and sleep like a rock and wake up refreshed. You can get them at Wal-mart and they are pretty cheap.

Oh yeah.. I also have tried melatonin, but I have to take about 6 of them and it still doesn't work.. :( I had to move to the equate pm's..... which I should use as a sleep aid, but I do.
