I was just looking around for some excersie tapes on the internet and found this site. www.beachbody.com (http://www.beachbody.com) I was thinking of ordering a video from it but it is a little pricy, I was wondering if anyone here or maybe you know someone who has done any of these and do they work?

Flute, it isnt pills. It is excorise(sp) vidoes. But they are a bit pricy, That is why I was wondering if anyone has used them before, and if they work like they say they do.
